Required for Ceexo Unify, Ceexo Connect, and Ceexo CPaaS onboarding. This information helps us provision numbers, configure caller ID, and comply with telecom regulations.

Accepted formats: PDF or image files (JPG, PNG, etc.), up to 5 MB. The file will be transmitted to Ceexo with your KYC submission.
You may upload multiple supporting business documents (e.g., Articles of Incorporation, EIN letter, Business License). Each file should be under 10 MB.

Helps configure routing, fraud controls, A2P 10DLC, and capacity.
5 Numbering & Caller ID
For number provisioning, ports, and CNAM configuration.
CNAM is subject to carrier validation and policies.
6 Traffic & Compliance
Helps align with TCPA, carrier policies, and risk management.
7 Security & Abuse Prevention
Define how calls and messages will be authenticated and monitored.
8 Billing Information
Used for invoicing, account limits, and credit review.
9 Certification & Agreement
Confirmation that traffic and usage comply with current regulations.
